| Le Championnat de France des solutionnistes s'est déroulé le dimanche matin et était organisé par Claude Wiedenhoff. 9 problèmes et 1 étude devaient être résolus en 2 heures. Grâce à un quasi sans faute (juste 2 variantes omises), Garen Yacoubian conserve son titre. | The French Solvers Championship took place on sunday morning and was organized by Claude Wiedenhoff. There were 9 problems and 1 study to solve in 2 hours. Thanks to an almost perfect solving (only 2 variations missing), Garen Yacoubian remains french champion. |

| L'assemblée génerale de L'AFCE se tînt
le samedi soir. Laurent Riguet y indiqua que la chaîne "Planète"
avait acheté la vidéo tournée à Pula "Au Coeur
du Problème".
Le dimanche soir eût lieu l'assemblée générale d'"Echecs & Compositions". Le lundi matin fût consacré à la remise des Prix, avec l'annonce des résultats des quatre concours thématiques. |
